Frequently Asked
Honest answers to the questions people ask before applying.
Grouped by what you're actually trying to decide — whether FORGE fits, how the work is structured, what the commitment looks like, and what results to reasonably expect.
Fit
Is this for me?
Who is FORGE designed for?
Fractional executives and executive coaches who already have an offer in market, real client outcomes, and a clear sense that LinkedIn — and the wider client acquisition system around it — is under-performing what it should. FORGE fits operators who want a system they own, not a service they rent.
Who is FORGE not designed for?
People still figuring out their offer, anyone looking for a done-for-you posting service, and anyone who wants a tactic pack instead of a system. If you don't want direct, specific feedback on the parts of your business that aren't working, FORGE isn't the right fit.
What happens if I already have clients?
Good — most people who apply do. FORGE isn't about starting from zero; it's about making an existing business more predictable. When there's already an offer and a track record, the MRI has evidence to work with and the programme has traction to build on.
Method
How the work is structured.
Why do you start with a Business MRI™?
So that if we work together, we start from evidence — not assumption. The MRI identifies your primary constraint, your highest-leverage opportunity, and a 90-day roadmap. Without it, we'd be guessing which pillar to strengthen first.
How is FORGE different from LinkedIn coaching?
Most LinkedIn coaching is content coaching. FORGE is a Business Operating System with five pillars — Find, Optimize, Reach, Grow, Expand. Content lives inside one pillar. The rest is positioning, offer, outreach, discovery, and retention. Fixing content alone rarely fixes the pipeline.
Is this a course or consulting?
Neither, and that's deliberate. A course gives you material; consulting gives you deliverables. FORGE gives you a running operating system you keep after the engagement ends — built with you, owned by you, run every week.
Why do you work 1-on-1?
Because the constraint is always specific. Group programmes teach the average lesson to the average operator. FORGE tunes the same operating system to your offer, your market, and your calendar. That only works with attention.
Why should I choose FORGE instead of hiring a marketing agency?
An agency runs activity on your behalf. When the retainer ends, the pipeline ends with it. FORGE builds the system inside your business, so the asset you finish with — positioning, offer, motion, cadence — is yours. Agencies produce output. FORGE produces capability.
Commitment
Time, effort, and expectations.
Do I need to post every day?
No. Cadence matters more than volume. Most FORGE operators run a rhythm of two to four considered posts a week alongside targeted outreach. The goal is a compounding signal, not a content treadmill.
How much time should I dedicate each week?
Plan for around three to five hours a week — one working session with me, plus focused execution on the current milestone. It's a working programme, not a passive one. If your calendar can't hold that, this isn't the right season for it.
Will AI replace my personal brand?
No. AI accelerates the mechanics — research, drafting, iteration, analysis — but the point of view, judgement, and trust are yours. FORGE uses AI as leverage inside a human-led brand, never as a replacement for it.
Outcomes
Results, measurement, and after.
What results should I realistically expect?
A sharper offer, a positioning that a specific buyer recognises, a working outreach and content motion, and a measurable lift in qualified conversations over the 12 weeks. Revenue outcomes follow the system, but they depend on your market, price point, and sales close — which is why no honest operator guarantees them.
Do you guarantee results?
No, and I'd be cautious of anyone who does. What I guarantee is the process, the attention, and the standard of the work. Results are a function of the system plus your execution — I can be accountable for the system.
How do we measure progress?
Against the 12 milestones and against your Business Health Score™ and Opportunity Score™ from the MRI. Each week has a defined deliverable and a metric attached — qualified conversations, discovery calls, close rate, and offer clarity. Progress is visible, not vibes-based.
Can I continue after the programme?
Yes. Some operators continue on a lighter monthly cadence for accountability and expansion work; most run the system themselves once the 12 weeks are complete. That's the point — you finish with something you can operate without me.
Still Have Questions?
The best answer is a diagnostic.
If your question is really "does this work for a business like mine?" — the Business MRI™ is designed to answer exactly that, with evidence.
